It is fully understood that this may not be a suitable or acceptable method of holding a meeting for all Councillors or members of the public but during the implementation of the COVID – 19 restrictions the Government has looked at alternative options of holding a meeting rather than face to face. We are currently not able to meet face to face.
Councillors will automatically receive details of how to join the meeting via Zoom from the Parish Clerk and members of the public are invited to e mail the Parish Clerk on annewilsontc@hotmail.co.uk.com for details of how to join the meeting.

Recording of Meetings
Under the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, members of the public may now film, photograph and make audio recordings of the proceedings of the formal Council meeting, though not, under current legislation, of the Public Participation session, as this is not part of the formal agenda of the meeting. Recording activity should be respectful to the conduct of the meeting and behaviour that disrupts the meeting (such as oral commentary) will not be permitted.
PCSO Jacqueline Fletcher of West Mercia Police will address the meeting and answer questions on matters of concern.

Members are asked to receive apologies of absence for this meeting.
- Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under consideration on this agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 s32 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012.
Members are reminded that should you declare a pecuniary interest at a meeting, it is your responsibility to inform the Monitoring Officer.

Members of the public are advised that they are welcome to ask questions about items on the Agenda. It is not always possible to give a verbal response at the meeting and questions may receive a written reply. No resolution can be made under this item.
Questions should relate to matters of Parish Council policy or practice and not relate to the individual affairs of either the questioner or any other named person.

The Chairman will give any announcements in relation to parish matters or the agenda.

To approve the draft minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 14th January 2021.

- Elections
Members are reminded that this is the last Parish Council meeting before the elections on Thursday 6th May 2021. All Councillors are up for election and will be required to re-apply to be a Member of Council though the election process.
Members will be able to access application forms for the post of Councillor from Shropshire Council.
- Future Meeting
Members are asked to note that currently that the Parish Councils in England can be held by virtual means until 7th May 2021. Although there is some movement to attempt to get this date extended Members are asked to note that as it stands the Annual Meeting and the Annual Parish Meeting due to be held in May 2021 may be held face to face. The Clerk will keep Members updated as information is received.
- Renew
Members will receive any update on Renew.
- Sutton Wharf Caravan Park
Members will receive an update on the reporting on the removal of trees at Sutton Wharf to both the Environment Agency and Shropshire Council Planning Enforcement team.
- Updates on items from the meeting on Thursday 14th January 2021
The Clerk will report back on the following matters:
- Signage outside Apley Farm on the road verge
- Signage at Sutton Maddock Roundabout
- Emptying bin in the bus shelter – details and cost
- Private Road Notice
- Cutting of grass verges

Members are asked to agree to the following payments:
- Wilson Salary £297.92 (noting that the Clerk has been underpaid this
financial year to date)

As of 16th December 2020, our bank account had £6473.86 in it.
